KB3148812 breaks WSUS, KB3159706 fixes but requires manual intervention

I was fortunate enough to not apply the original patch, as I saw the many articles around the web about this before deploying...

However - in something that comes across as quite poor - even if you apply the newer version (linked above) manual intervention is still required.
