As ive stated before – anyone with a triple digit IQ knows this is unworkable and just plain stupid… apart from being morally disgusting.

So its going to get implemented, be circumvented, where desired by those that want to, cost millions in tax payers money and make us laughing stock around the world…… so why is it acceptable, ignoring all the basic and blatent freedom issues, for someone to throw away OUR money like this?
